Here's how you can join the team as the new Creative Producer
Local was co-founded in November 2021 by Glossop residents Claire Tymon and Steven Dexter. It is a creative place-making arts organisation. We work with communities, local authorities, businesses and artists to deliver world class arts projects, programmes and experiences, connecting people and places through art, research and creative action.
We look out as well as in, partnering with neighbours and international communities to celebrate what's great about a place, bringing in fresh thinking and new collaborations. Together, we shape places that are more relevant, vibrant, accessible, connected and sustainable for the future. Local projects for everyone, empowering local communities, wherever they may be, to make positive change right on their doorsteps.
Our work is taking us all over the UK and into Europe and we're at a point now where we need to expand our team and bring in a Creative Producer to deliver on numerous fronts. It is a really exciting time to become part of a new arts organisation, that is working on some fantastically exciting projects. The role is flexible, collaborative and will position you at the centre of culture led regeneration projects in eclectic and interesting places.
