Artists, crafts & makers

I have been a professional artist throughout my career, having illustrated over 60 books/magazines internationally. In the 80's and 90's I animated for Cosgrove Hall Films, on Rainbow, Dangermouse, Duckula and the BFG. I also worked as a freelance artist on the Beatles Anthology and U2's Kiss Me Kill Me video. After retiring, I began painting for myself, exploring portraiture, landscapes, fantasy and dance. Throughout the pandemic I have been focussing on painting animals and am now a member of the Association of Animal Artists. Exhibitions: The Portico, Manchester Art Fair, Urbis, Buxton Art Gallery, Stockport Art Gallery, the Old Parsonage, as well as other local venues.
