We are Tigellae, a travelling trattoria from Greater Manchester. We love to make tasty, traditional Italian food for everyone to enjoy. We offer high-quality, bespoke catering for all occasions. We have our own amazing food truck (known as The Vanstaurant) and a variety of other mobile setups, so we can tailor absolutely everything to you and your special event. We opened a traditional trattoria at the Harewood Arms in Broadbottom in April 2019, followed a few months later by a cute, wooden kiosk where we make delicious wood-fired pizza. We also serve a whole variety of original, fresh pasta dishes, beautiful Italian bread, fried snacks, antipasti platters, polenta, risotto, canapés and delicious desserts. We create our dishes using only the finest ingredients, including making our own fresh pasta, baking the bread and curing the meat ourselves.
