Hello Glossop Creatives!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Glossop Creates Autumn Network Meeting on the 30th of September. It was fantastic to see so many of you there, especially considering the weather!
We’re so grateful to Create Growth for supporting this event, which is part of the Derbyshire Creative Networking Project, aimed at boosting local creative businesses. We hope you found it as valuable as we did.
End of the Line Art Trail
During the meeting, the Glossop Creates team shared the exciting progress of the End of the Line Art Trail. A massive thank you to all who contributed! You helped us explore new ways of showcasing art in Glossop, and we’d love to hear your thoughts. Your feedback is key to understanding what worked well and how we can improve for next time. So, please do share your insights with us!
Create Growth Business Support Available
We were also treated to an inspiring presentation by Lucinda White, Award Writer & Managing Director at Pure Awards. Lucinda could not attend so Claire stepped in and explained how the Create Growth ‘Expert in Residence’ programme can support your creative practice, with help on bid writing, proofreading services, and webinars on grant applications. Make sure to take advantage of this fantastic resource.
